In his spare time Justin enjoys participating in charity events and supporting the community. Justin believes that people’s needs come first above all and one of his favourite sayings is “facts are our friends”.

Nick manages the Strategic Business Centre that includes planning, customer service, purchasing, logistics, quality and compliance, project management and laboratory functions. He has gained over 25 years’ experience in supply chain and operations across various disciplines like FMCG, Personal Products, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial and Specialty Chemicals. Nick graduated from Sydney University with BEng Chem.
In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with family and occasionally sampling craft beer which he also attempts to brew at home! Nick’s favourite quote is “The only constant in life is change”.

As Group CFO, Robin leads our Finance and Accounting functions. He has 29 years of experience in finance and supply chain roles across FMCG, Agribusiness, Pharma, Construction, eCommerce and Manufacturing in private and public companies across 3 continents. Robin has a Bachelors degree in International Commerce from Brown University in Rhode Island, USA and an MBA in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Business in Arizona, USA. He is also a CPA.
In his spare time, Robin is a surf-mad, active husband and father, passionate about supporting his local community in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Andy manages the Agriculture, Mineral Processing, Oil & Gas, Coatings, Corrosion, Construction and Water market segments. With over 16 years in the industry, Andy has extensive experience in Crop Protection, Coatings, Health Care, Nutraceutical and Animal Health. He obtained his PhD from Adelaide University and MBA from Macquarie University.
Andy enjoys regular visits to the gym and spending time with his family. He believes that “people fail only if they do not try”.

Jaime oversees the New Zealand business across all three key market areas: Energy Efficiency, Performance Ingredients, and Advanced Solutions. Jaime has over 22 years in various commercial roles in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Personal care industries in the United States and New Zealand. Jaime earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry in the United States and has an Executive MBA from Massey University. Jaime is a board member and Vice-President of Cosmetics New Zealand.
In her spare time, Jaime enjoys gardening and hiking with her husband, chicken-wrangling, and traveling to new destinations. A favourite quote of Jaime’s is from Mark Twain: “The secret to getting ahead is getting started”.

Michael currently oversees the sales and distribution of personal care, household & institutional specialty chemicals and food ingredients across ANZ. In over 10 years with A S Harrison & Co, he has had responsibility across several markets such as fuel & lubricant additives, water treatment, oil & gas, mining, and construction specialty additives.
Michael has almost 25 years sales and sales management experience across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. He has acquired a Graduate Certificate of Management and is currently studying an MBA at Macquarie University.

With over 40 years’ experience, Phil has worked across all areas of the business since 1995. His expertise includes R&D, product management, logistics and technical sales. Phil holds a BSc in Industrial Chemistry, an MBA, is a chartered chemist, a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, and a Graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His role covers several areas of the business including our strategic relationships with channel partners.
Phil enjoys crossword puzzles and various outdoor activities. He believes that success in business comes from doing what you enjoy and doing it well.

Rob manages Group Business Technology which includes ICT, Projects and Processes. He has close to 20 years experience supporting the technical needs of businesses across FMCG, Pharma and Manufacturing. Rob graduated from Technical University Dublin with BSc in IT and achieved his PMP certification in 2011.

Thomas oversees the sales and distribution of Fuel and Lubricant additives in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial and operational roles across lubricants, fuels, mining, and manufacturing. Thomas has a Bachelors degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Sydney University and an MBA from Macquarie University. He is also an active Board member of the Australian Lubricants Association.
In his spare time, Thomas likes to get outdoors bush walking and mountain biking, and spending time in his garden growing fresh food to use in his cooking. Despite numerous cleanings, the productivity of the Reverse Osmosis plant would not recover from severe membrane fouling. The membrane autopsy revealed that the ferric hydroxide was seeding
silica polymerization and that even while the ferric hydroxide was removed, the silica scaling was continuing to grow.
