The fruit powders undergo trademarked technology to retain the raw material’s natural flavour, nutrition, colour, and aroma. Our growing range feature unique powders such as Tahitian and Sutil lime in addition to an extensive range of conventional and organic products. These will add premium quality to any formulations.
A S Harrison & Co’s portfolio include 9 dietary fibres with organic options available. The premium quality is enhanced through a five granulation process that produce powders anywhere from a super fine 10 micron to a 600-micron powder.
Our range of 30% to 80% dietary fibre content allows customers to feature nutritional and health claims and potentially increase their star ratings. The fibre range available includes cocoa, oat, apple, carrot, blackcurrant, aronia, rye, and wheat. A variety of organic options are also available.
Also, our innovative, stone-free, natural dried fruit seeds produce a ‘natural look’. These are available in strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit, kiwi, fig, cranberry, blackcurrant flavours.
