Greenfield Natural Ingredients ANZ Roadshow Highlights

What an event! Our most recent roadshow alongside our esteemed supply partners, Greenfield Natural Ingredients, took place during their visit to Australia and New Zealand in May. Together, we explored their state-of-the-art range of nutritional ingredients, showcasing innovative fibres and dried seeds.

This dynamic roadshow encompassed engaging sessions with our teams, on-site laboratory demonstrations, and fruitful meetings with both existing and prospective customers. From insightful discussions to captivating demos and inspiring brainstorms, it was an invaluable opportunity to deepen our understanding of these exceptional products and advancements.

The Greenfield team shared compelling success stories and immersed themselves in the unique flavours of Australia and New Zealand, making this visit truly memorable.

Highlights included highly popular taste tests, where our customers sampled Greenfield’s pioneering products. Among these, the upcycled fruit pomace stood out, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability. By transforming fruit pomace—typically a by-product of juice production—into micronized dietary fibre, Greenfield not only minimises environmental impact but also offers significant health benefits across various food applications.

COCOA FIBRE

Theobroma cacao fibre is a natural dietary fibre. No chemical processing is involved in its production. The fibre is produced from cocoa shell and has a strong cocoa aroma and flavour, and a chocolate colour. It contains low quantities of fat (below 5%) and a high content of fibre (min 59%). Cocoa fibre binds water and fat, so stabilisers and emulsifiers can be reduced from the recipe.

Applications: muffins, cake mix, cereal bars, granola, icecream, beverages, confectionary, spreads and more.

STRAWBERRY SEEDS (FOOD GRADE)

Dried strawberry seeds are 100% natural clean label products, without any additives and without any chemical processing. The seeds are obtained from strawberry pomace dried at high temperature and then subjected to a thorough cleaning process in order to obtain the highest quality product purity.

Applications: icecream, fruit fillings, deserts, powder premix, bakery, yoghurts, spreads and more.
