A S Harrison & Co’s offers a range of products for your well remediation needs including acidising solvent designed specifically for use as a replacement for bagged potassium chloride (KCl). The product provides excellent shale and clay control without the logistics, handling and mixing problems associated with bagged KCl.

Proprietary Blends

Our proprietary blend of non-emulsifying paraffin dispersant, non-ionic surfactants, quaternary amine wetting agent, and iron sulfide scavenging agent to provide excellent biomass penetration that will dissolve iron sulfide deposits without corrosive acidic components. This wellbore cleaner is specifically formulated for highly fouled systems especially iron sulfide fouling and is a multi-component compound, which eliminates the requirement for cocktail mixtures of multiple products.

Inhibited 15% HCL

Our inhibited 15% HCL is recommended for downhole or on surface equipment to remove acid soluble scale and other acid soluble materials and utilised for formation stimulation where an inhibited acid is preferred.

When work, health and safety becomes a concern a dilution of biodegradable acid replacement system specifically designed to be 7 1/2% and 15% HCl may be used.

Calcium Sulfate Converter

Our calcium sulfate converter may be utilised in downhole or surface applications diluted 50% with clean fresh or 2% KCL water. It is recommended that the converter application be followed with an HCL or acetic acid application to dissolve the converted calcium sulfate scale.

Peroxyacetic Acid

Our peroxyacetic acid (PAA) is proven to be a safe and cost-effective alternative to other scavenger. It is designed to scavenge dissolved H2S, iron, and other contaminants from drilling, completion, and production waters.

Micellar Solvent

Our micellar solvent has been formulated for use in well clean-outs, acidising, and stimulation operations. The product contains a blend of surfactants and organic solvents that are miscible with all concentrations of hydrochloric acid and common concentrations of HCl/HF mud acids. It is dispersible in some hydrocarbons and soluble in fresh water and brine.

BatchSolv-8000Mutual Solvents/SurfactantsMicellar solvent developed for use in well clean-outs, acidizing and stimulations operations. the product contains a blend of surfactants and organic solvents that are miscible with all concentrations of hydrochloric acid and common concentrations of HCl/HF mud acids. The product is dispersible in some hydrocarbons and soluble in fresh water and brine. Typically applied to treating fluids at a concentration of 5 to 10 percent by volume.
