Sea Buckthorn also is known as “Siberian Pineapple”, which is a small shrub native to the European and Asian region.
Seabuckthorn Oil is extracted from the fruits of Hippophae rhamnoides L and contains high concentrations of Palmitoleic acid. This rare fatty acid is a component of skin fat and could support cell tissue and wound healing. It carries unique anti-aging properties and also considered as an important component in many facial creams.
Sea Buckthorn Oil contains many nutrients such as linolenic acid, vitamin E, vitamin A, ß-carotene, polyphenols, flavones and some trace elements such as iron (Fe), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn) and selenium (Se). Those substances can synergise to improve immune system.
ß-sitosterol and ß-D-glucoside in the sea buckthorn seed oil have a therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer by effectively inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid, reducing the damage to gastric mucosa.
By lowering the content of cholesterol and triglyceride, the oil can reduce blood lipids and prevent cardiovascular, atherosis and other diseases.
Sea Buckthorn Oil contains a high level of fatty acids, VE, VA, flavonoids and phospholipids such as other botanical oils (such as camellia seed oil and safflower seed oil). These nutrients can be easily absorbed by the skin, enabling to create a sebum-like protective function, providing nutrition to the skin.
The oil can boost the blood circulation of the facial microvascular system, and its anti-oxidant effect is powerful to smooth wrinkles.
Product and customer insights
Despite numerous cleanings, the productivity of the Reverse Osmosis plant would not recover from severe membrane fouling. The membrane autopsy revealed that the ferric hydroxide was seeding
