Fluidiser additives for plasterboard are essential components designed to prevent the agglomeration of gypsum particles, ensuring a smooth and consistent mixture. By reducing the tendency of particles to clump together, fluidisers enhance the workability and flow properties of the plasterboard mix.
This not only improves the efficiency of the manufacturing process but also results in a more uniform and homogenous end product. Additionally, fluidisers play a crucial role in reducing energy consumption by mitigating the need for excessive water content in the plasterboard formulation.
This dual functionality makes fluidiser additives valuable for optimising both the production process and the quality of plasterboard, contributing to increased efficiency and resource conservation in the construction industry. Incorporate fluidiser additives to elevate your plasterboard formulations, ensuring a hassle-free manufacturing process and superior end-product quality.

Despite numerous cleanings, the productivity of the Reverse Osmosis plant would not recover from severe membrane fouling. The membrane autopsy revealed that the ferric hydroxide was seeding
silica polymerization and that even while the ferric hydroxide was removed, the silica scaling was continuing to grow.
The plant was experiencing weekly shutdowns for fiber clean up (~ 3 kg bags of matted slurry is cleaned per week). The shut downs were costly as they reduce plant availability for production.
The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) regulation, known as IMO 2020 was the the largest change in regulation relating to marine fuels impacting 75% of the fuel used by the shipping industry.
