Our organic acid has been specially designed using a blend of mild organic acids and surfactants for the cleanup of oil and gas wells, water injection, handling systems and surface equipment which effectively dissolves iron oxides, iron sulfide and carbonate scales to clean equipment surfaces and the formation face to assure maximum productivity.
Our water soluble scale remover is designed for use in the treatment of heavily fouled water supply, water handling, and water injection systems.
The product can also be used in the cleanup of oil and gas wells, water injection, handling systems and surface equipment. Contains a blend of mild organic acids, acid surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.
Our “traditional” HCL system as a scale removal system is comprised of surfactants, non-emulsifiers, mutual solvents, and an acid corrosion inhibitor blended in a 15% hydrochloric acid specifically designed for the cleanup of oil and gas wells, water injection, handling systems, and surface equipment.
An acid replacement system may be cosidered with our unique biodegradable acid replacement system specifically designed to be 7 1/2% and 15% HCl.
If required inhibited 15% HCL may be utilised downhole or on surface equipment to remove acid soluble scale and other acid soluble materials. This may also be utilised for formation stimulation where an inhibited acid is preferred.

Product and customer insights
Despite numerous cleanings, the productivity of the Reverse Osmosis plant would not recover from severe membrane fouling. The membrane autopsy revealed that the ferric hydroxide was seeding
silica polymerization and that even while the ferric hydroxide was removed, the silica scaling was continuing to grow.
